Job Description
We are growing our elevator (home lift) team to support new products coming to the European market, and are looking for a technical support specialist for our developing home elevator product range.
Working closely with other teams, the Technical Lead is responsible for ensuring that our colleagues and partners are well supported to avoid or resolve technical issues with Savaria group products and services. Support is predominantly for our dealer network, but also to relevant stakeholders inside our business, including Commercial, Installation and Customer Service teams.
Partnering with the European Head of Technical Support, the Technical Lead will deliver local delivery plans, supporting partners and colleagues to be well educated in products and services and confident in providing installation, maintenance and breakdown services to our customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Developing strong technical knowledge of Savaria Elevator products in order to be able to train others, support complex installations and troubleshoot technical issues
2. Ensuring stakeholders are competent to deliver training on our products (install, service, repair)
3. Providing high quality training to ensure an excellent experience for customers and end users at every stage of their journey with Savaria
