Your responsibilities :
* Respond to HR inquiries and resolve issues.
* Collaborate with Regional HR leaders.
* Draft employment contracts and offer letters.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Maintain employee data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Conduct employment verifications and ensure data privacy.
* Generate HR reports monthly.
* Maintain personnel files both digitally and physically.
* Support HR programs and facilitate training sessions.
* Assist in recruitment processes in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team.
Position based in Selby (UK), Madrid (Spain), Obernburg (Germany), or Diest (Belgium), with flexible work-from-home options up to two days per week.
Qualifications & Technical Competencies :
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in German (Level C2), English required; French, Dutch, or Spanish preferred.
* Knowledge of German and/or Belgian labor law.
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
* Knowledge of local benefit programs and employee law in Germany/Belgium is advantageous.
