Real Estate Development Solicitors Associate (2–4 PQE) | Senior Associate (5–8 PQE) Birmingham or London A highly regarded real estate development practice is looking to appoint both an Associate (2–4 PQE) and a Senior Associate (5–8 PQE) to support continued growth. The role focuses on residential development and site acquisition work, acting for a broad client base including developers, registered providers, care home operators, pension funds and private investors. Matters range from smaller sites through to large-scale, high-profile developments. You can expect exposure to: * Site acquisitions, conditional contracts, options and overage agreements * Development agreements and joint venture support * Title due diligence, planning and section 106 matters * Regeneration, care and mixed-use development projects The team is well established, partner-led and known for the quality and scale of its work, offering excellent client contact, responsibility and long-term progression. Candidates should have solid experience in residential development and enjoy working closely with clients on complex transactions.
