What You'll Be Doing
As part of our collaborative HR function, you'll help deliver seamless support across key areas:
* Recruitment coordination: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication
* Onboarding & offboarding: contracts, inductions, exit feedback
* HR data management: maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
* Documentation: preparing offer letters, contract variations, reports
* First-line HR support: responding to employee and manager queries professionally
