As a Night Porter, you will...
1. Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
2. Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
3. You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
4. In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
5. Deal with guest enquiries to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
6. Set up & prepare for functions and meetings in our 2 function rooms.
7. Set up resident breakfast room.
8. Clean guest area front of house (including toilets) to ensure the first guests to come down for breakfast are met with sparkling facilities.
9. A typical shift starts at 11.15pm and finishes at 6.15am.

12. Ability to work on your own as this role is mostly lone working while the guests sleep.
