Key Responsibilities
*
Carry out both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties.
*
Work on a variety of systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and emergency lighting.
*
Diagnose electrical faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs.
*
Ensure all work is completed in full compliance with health and safety regulations.
*
Accurately record all tasks and updates using a computerised maintenance management system.
*
Liaise professionally with clients to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Requirements
*
17th or 18th Edition qualification.
*
Recognised apprenticeship with SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
Previous experience working on commercial sites, ideally within Facilities Management or Building Services.
