Eye Style Opticians is an independent practice with strong foundations and exciting growth potential.
Until now, the business has been run by the two of us — balancing clinical care, reception, retail and administration between us. We have built a loyal client base, alongside a growing number of premium and style-conscious customers.
We are proud to provide the same high level of care and service to every client. However, we know there is significant opportunity to grow — particularly in increasing recommendations, strengthening reviews, and developing our premium eyewear offering.
We are now looking for the right person to help us unlock that potential.
The Opportunity
This role is central to helping us:
* Increase five-star reviews and word-of-mouth referrals
* Proactively contact and reconnect with existing clients
* Spend more meaningful time with patients on the shop floor
* Increase average sale value through better conversations
* Grow both our client loyalty and our premium offering
* Implement improvements that have been planned but not yet fully executed
We are building towards a stronger premium presence while continuing to care for and grow our NHS base with the same attention and respect.
The right person will help us do both.

You must be equally comfortable serving an NHS patient collecting their first pair of glasses and a high-end client investing in premium eyewear — delivering the same warmth, professionalism and attention to detail to both.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will:
* Welcome patients and customers confidently and professionally
* Manage calls, emails, walk-ins and the appointment diary
* Make proactive calls to existing and new clients
* Support frame styling and eyewear consultations
* Identify appropriate upgrade opportunities
* Encourage online reviews and recommendations
* Maintain the retail environment to boutique standards
* Help implement improvements and new processes
By confidently managing key daily tasks and proactively engaging with clients, you will free up time that allows further development of the practice — accelerating our growth plans.
Experience Required
Minimum one year in:
* Luxury retail
* High-end customer service
* Optical practice
Commercial awareness and confidence in client communication are essential.
