Operations Administrator (4 On/4 Off Nights)

Menzies Distribution Solutions is looking for a Warehouse Operations Administrator (4 On/4 Off Nights) to join our team in Normanton (WF6 2AE). The role involves providing first-class service and supporting effective operational processes to ensure the accurate integrity of customer and supplier stock and data input. It also involves ensuring all operational processes and compliance standards are adhered to.

The Details:

* Salary: £30,326 per annum
* Shift: 4 On/4 Off Nights
* Hours: 40.5 per week / 18:00 – 06:00
* Location: Normanton WF6 2AE
* Monthly Pay
* Parking Onsite

Key Duties:

* Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with all aspects of the company’s H&S policy.
* Ensure all environmental control measures are in place and effective.
* Apply and maintain the business’s key standards.
* Liaise with and support effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
* Review and develop working practices in line with operational procedures.
* Maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Accurately input data onto Claws system.
* Control and process customer orders accurately.
* Manage documentation for picking lists, goods in, and goods out receipts.
* Produce reports and KPI information for effective communication across the business.
* Liaise with management, administration, and warehouse personnel.
* Ensure accurate recording and manage the load board effectively.
* Coordinate the use of automated and computerized systems where necessary.
* Assist in managing stock takes and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Adhere to customer stock control procedures.
* Control wastage and report accordingly.
* Maintain HACCP and BRC awareness.
* Prepare effective reporting documents for management.
* Provide perpetual inventory reporting.
* Ensure warehouse administration controls are followed, including pallet control reporting.
