Join our social network platform as a Counsellor. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing immediate emotional support and guidance via a 24/7 helpline.
2. Conducting clinical assessments and offering appropriate referrals.
3. Completing risk assessments and adhering to BACP ethical guidelines.
4. Documenting information accurately and maintaining records in the company database.
5. Handling a variety of issues, including distressed or at-risk individuals.
6. Participating in ongoing training to enhance counselling skills.
7. Maintaining an active caseload of video counselling clients.
Requirements
* Minimum of a Level 4 diploma in counselling and relevant counselling experience.
* BACP registered member.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
* Motivation to meet deadlines and targets.
* High computer literacy and experience with telephony and CRM systems.
