RINA is currently recruiting for a Energy Business Development Manager to join its office in Brighton within the United Kingdom Engineering Commercial Management Division.
What You'll Do
1. Engage with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
2. Drive new business opportunities aligned with RINA’s commercial goals.
3. Collaborate with senior BD Managers and service line leaders to identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities.
4. Lead outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, SEO, and more—working closely with Marketing and internal stakeholders.
5. Support customer satisfaction, repeat business, and market expansion
6. Assist with contracts, tenders, and quotations.
7. Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
8. Foster cross-selling opportunities across business units.
9. Monitor competitor activity and share market intelligence.
What You'll Bring
10. Degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
11. 2+ years’ experience in sales or business development.
12. Strong network in the UK/Ireland energy market is a plus.
13. Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of client organisations
14. Experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors (e.g. renewables, oil & gas, hydrogen, data centres, etc.).
15. Skilled in lead generation, tender responses, and client engagement.
