Master Data Administrator Location: Glascoed, South WalesWorking Pattern: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week on siteContract: 3-Month Rolling ContractStart Date: ASAPWe are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Master Data Administrator to join a busy Shared Services team supporting a leading defence and engineering organisation.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills, data management experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service within a fast-paced finance environment.Key Responsibilities As a Master Data Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate maintenance and administration of customer and supplier master data across multiple ERP systems. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help ensure data integrity, compliance, and efficient service delivery.Responsibilities include:Creating and updating customer and supplier records across multiple ERP systemsConducting credit checks and due diligence activitiesVerifying supplier bank details through outbound callbacksCreating and maintaining employee bank detailsManaging and updating customer credit limitsSupporting fraud prevention and supplier verification activitiesPerforming monthly customer and supplier data reviewsConducting self-assurance checks to ensure audit and governance complianceSupporting customer meetings and providing input on credit limit reviews and related activitiesEnsuring data quality standards are consistently maintainedSkills & Experience Previous administration or master data experience preferredExperience working across multiple systems and databasesGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyAbility to follow established processes and proceduresAwareness of data quality principles and controlsExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbout You We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual who can thrive in a busy team environment.
