Job Description
The Key Lead ensures a high-quality in-store customer experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and managing store operations effectively. As part of the store leadership team, they drive store performance through customer service and sales achievement.
What You’ll Do
* Manage opening and closing routines
* Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness
* Understand business operations
* Proactively address store needs
* Pay attention to detail
* Operate register and POS systems
* Protect assets
* Design visual displays
* Utilize system skills effectively
* Adhere to work schedule requirements
Schedule varies weekly; at least 16 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, with increased hours during peak periods.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred
* At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
* No supervisory experience required
* Customer-focused, communicative, and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of fashion trends
* Outgoing, assertive, adaptable, and stress-tolerant
* Poised, ambitious, and able to multi-task
