📢 Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant - 3-Month Contract
📍 Location: Hybrid (3 days office-based)
🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
💰 Pay: £16 per hour (paid weekly)
📅 Start Date: Immediate
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional ready to hit the ground running? We're looking for someone with strong accounting knowledge to join our finance team for a 3-month temporary assignment, helping to manage and reduce AP backlogs.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Managing Accounts Payable backlogs
2. Conducting vendor reconciliations
3. Supporting the full Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process
4. Working with Business Central accounting system
5. Ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing
What We're Looking For:
6. Solid accounting background with hands-on AP experience
7. Proven ability to work independently and get the job done
8. Experience with vendor reconciliations and backlog clearance
9. Familiarity with Business Central is a must
10. Reliable, detail-oriented and able to start immediately
