A busy Harrogate law firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their residential and new build property teams. This role is client-focused, ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering a professional, friendly, and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support sales and purchase transactions, including contracts, searches, exchanges, and completions
* Open and update files on the case management system
* Prepare documents and correspondence, and handle client enquiries
* Assist with general administration, filing, billing, and archiving
Youll need:
* 12+ months conveyancing experience (sales & purchase)
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and client care
* Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team
* Flexible and adaptable approach
