As the Training Coordinator, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:
* Daily management of Training Program in support of achieving site, customer and/or production goals
* Primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external customers regarding training requirements
* Liaise with internal customers, local universities, and regulatory agencies as needed. (Other agencies and customers as required)
* Implement and manage program specific training plans throughout all phases of performance for assigned program
* Participate in company internal/external audits and support customer audits as required to support quality management system goals
* Develop, implement and coordinate corrective actions as needed with responsible departments on performance metrics including training effectiveness and customer satisfaction
* * Perform other job duties that may be required

Requirements
To excel in this role, we seek candidates who possess a combination of the following qualifications and skills
* University degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent amount of work experience in related fields
* 1-3 years of experience working within an EASA, TCCA, FAA, or equivalent Certificated 145 Repair Station or similar manufacturing environment
* Practical experience and/or understanding of AS9100 and AS9110 Standards and how they apply to a QMS
* Fluency in English language
* Familiar with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to navigate foreign aviation authority requirements and communicate with Civil Aviation Authorities in pursuit of achieving and maintaining 145 Repair Station certifications
* Willingness to work in Canada and abroad
* Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
