We are seeking a Workday Core HCM Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in Job Profiles and Workday Security Configuration to support the successful deployment of our Workday Core HCM solution. This role will play a critical part in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Core HCM components, with a particular focus on job architecture and security frameworks.
You'll make an impact by:
1. Configuring and maintaining Workday Job Profiles, Job Families, Job Levels, Job Descriptions, and related job architecture elements.
2. Supporting the team in Security Groups, Domain Security Policies, Business Process Security Policies, and ensuring role-based access aligns with company policies and compliance needs.
3. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop scalable solutions for job catalog management and secure data access across the HCM landscape.
4. Supporting Workday HCM data conversion and validation for job-related and security data.
5. Working with the Training Lead to support development and maintain documentation, training materials, and job aids for users and administrators.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to job profiles or security setup.
7. Monitoring Workday community and release notes to recommend enhancements and improvements aligned with best practices.
What we are looking for:
8. Extensive experience with Workday Core HCM, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
9. Proven expertise in Workday Job Profiles, Job Catalogs, and Security Configuration.
10. Strong understanding of Workday security model including User-Based Security Groups, Role-Based Security, and Domain/Business Process Security Policies.
11. Experience with Workday EIBs, Reporting, and Business Process Framework is a plus.
12. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
13. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
14. Workday Pro or Workday Partner Certification in Core HCM or security.
15. Previous experience working in a global HRIS environment with complex job architectures.
16. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements impacting HR data security.
