Providing their customers with a 5 star service, they are looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be customer focused, enthusiastic and proactive individual.This is a hybrid opportunity once you have been fully trained.
The Customer Relationship Specialist, working in a fast-paced environment, will be responsible for managing pre-application and post-completion tasks, supporting customers, understanding the house-buying process, scheduling appointments, contacting customers through various channels, providing exceptional service, prioritising tasks effectively, and supporting other departments when needed.

This is a full-time role Monday to Friday. Covering the core hours of the working day there can be some flexibility and once fully trained, this will be a hybrid role.
Salary is £22,000 – £28,000 DOE. Benefits include 22 days holiday plus bank holidays. Company pension. Flexible hours. HR & Well Being Services.
