We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Community Pharmacist to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, advising patients on medication management, and promoting health and wellness initiatives within the community.
Key Duties
* Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
* Provide professional advice on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
* Conduct medication reviews and health consultations.
* Support patients with chronic disease management.
* Engage with the community through health promotion activities and educational workshops.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory standards.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
* Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC registration.
* Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
* Experience in a community pharmacy setting is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Passion for patient care and community health.
