Luxe Talent, an international recruitment agency specializing in Retail, Fashion & Luxury, is looking for 3 Sales Advisors for a children’s clothing brand. The company is about to open its first European store in the heart of London.
Responsibilities:
* Provide an outstanding level of customer service, ensuring every client receives a warm, welcoming and memorable experience.
* Support customers in selecting products, offering guidance on sizing, styling and product features.
* Maintain excellent visual standards throughout the store, ensuring merchandise is presented neatly and creatively.
* Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
* Replenish stock on the shop floor and assist with back-of-house operations, including deliveries and inventory management.
* Contribute to achieving store sales targets through client engagement and product knowledge.
* Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand values.
* Act as an ambassador for the company, maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer goods.
* Strong customer service mindset and the ability to create a warm, engaging environment.
* A proactive, energetic and team-oriented approach.
* Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining visual standards.
* Passion for retail and enthusiasm for joining a new flagship opening.
