This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the Fire Sprinkler sector, who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting both quality assurance processes and general office operations. The Role As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and managing ISO 9001 quality documentation for design projects, supporting the design team, and ensuring smooth administrative operations across the business. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain ISO 9001 documentation relating to design projects. * Support the Design Team with quality and compliance documentation. * Apply knowledge of LPCB standards and Fire Sprinkler specifications. * Handle permit applications and ensure timely completion. * Monitor job progress, applications, and invoicing. * Support procurement processes and manage supplier communications. * Handle incoming enquiries, quotes, and job logs. * Assist with labour programmes and project scheduling. * Monitor and respond to daily emails efficiently. * Undertake additional administrative tasks as requested by Directors. About You We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment. Desirable Skills & Experience: * Previous experience within the Fire Sprinkler construction industry (essential). * Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems. * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. * Confident communication skills (both written and verbal). * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. * Experience working both independently and as part of a team. * Previous experience in a similar office-based or administrative role.
