Job Title: Supply Chain Manager\nLocation: London (Hybrid with lots of flexibility)\nSalary: Up to £55,000 per annum\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday\n\nSupply Chain Manager – Drinks Manufacturing\n\nWe are recruiting for an experienced and driven Supply Chain Manager to join one our fast-growing and innovative drinks manufacturing clients based in London. This is a key hire for the business, and you will oversee the end-to-end global supply chain function, ensuring smooth operations from planning and procurement to production and logistics.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in scaling a business known for its category innovation, entrepreneurial culture, and commitment to quality. No one day will be the same in this unique position and you will have the autonomy to shape the direction of this function.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• Manage and optimise the full supply chain function including forecasting, planning, and logistics.\n• Lead the monthly demand planning and forecasting process to ensure accurate stock levels across global markets.\n• Build strong relationships with suppliers and co-manufacturers to ensure consistency of supply and quality.\n• Oversee global logistics and distribution to ensure OTIF delivery performance is maintained.\n• Implement and maintain supply chain systems, reporting tools, and performance KPIs.\n• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Commercial, and Finance teams to align business priorities.\n• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to support scalability and cost-efficiency.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n• Proven experience in a similar Supply Chain Manager role within food or drink manufacturing (FMCG desirable).\n• Strong knowledge of global supply chains, forecasting, and production planning.\n• Confident managing relationships with third-party suppliers, logistics partners, and manufacturers.\n• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.\n• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.\n• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.\n\nIf you’re excited by the idea of shaping supply chain strategy within a purpose-led and fast-moving drinks business, we’d love to hear from you.
