Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Rustington (within 8 miles)
Salary: £85 to £95 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Assist in developing and implementing individualised education plans.
* Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them understand and complete their work.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements for Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build trust and rapport with students and staff.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to student success.
* Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential).
