Working for our organisation
Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is an innovative hospital with a proud heritage. We are rated CQC ‘Good’ and are well regarded for the quality of care and treatment we provide for our patients and staff. We offer a broad range of clinical care to a population of 270,000, and have regional specialist centres for spinal injuries, rehabilitation, plastics, and burns. Our longstanding links with local Armed Forces and veterans have earned us Gold under the Armed Forces Employer Recognition scheme.
Our 5,500-strong workforce is central to our mission. We are committed to developing our staff and their careers, with high staff engagement, award-winning internal communications, an innovative training partnership with Coventry University, and recognition as one of 23 ‘NHS People Promise Exemplar’ sites.
At SFT, we promote flexible working and offer rewarding benefits, including NHS discounts, generous leave, and pension schemes.
Additional staff benefits include accommodation, on-site parking, access to a leisure centre (including indoor pools, gym, and squash courts), day nursery, holiday play schemes, restaurants, and shops.
