A small prestigious international bank is seeking a hands-on manager for its retail banking operations area.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing a team, processing all retail banking & cashiering for the London branch, and providing customer service support to Relationship Managers regarding HNWI & private banking.
2. Processing payments and treasury settlements.
3. Ensuring Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) are updated.
Requirements:
1. Extensive proven experience in retail banking, SWIFT payments, and customer services gained in banking.
2. Strong proven staff management skills.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills gained from front-line customer service roles.
4. Ability to work well under pressure, show initiative, and possess good problem-solving skills.
Please note, this role requires working five days a week in the London office.
