Job Description
We are looking for a Guest Services Assistant to provide overnight support of the departmental operations and act as a point of contact for residents during the night. You will be approachable and friendly people person with the willingness support and maintain a close relationship to residents throughout their stay.
This role is a multi-tasking role, and you will be required to be adaptable to ensure that the needs of the residents are always met. While the role will predominently be covering the night-shift of 23:00 - 07:00, flexibility to cover occasional early shifts and late shifts would be beneficial.
Our hotel is currently operating under a government exclusive use contract, and we are providing our great facilities to residents on a long-term stay basis. Due to this exclusive contract the hotel is closed to the public and is operating under a different model to your usual hotel operation.
Please note: As this position will involve lone working on some or more shifts, the ideal candidate will need to be 18 years and/or above.
