Controls Engineer - PLC programmer This company design and manufactures factory automation solutions and robotic assembly machinery for a range of manufacturing sectors such as medical, automotive and food. PLC programming experience is required. The Role Write the software for the Omron PLC, HMI, program Fanuc robots Develop the control systems from the concept stage through to the final detailed stage Working with project leader in planning, organising and managing meetings with the customer Specifying and purchasing components Assist with the preparation and compilation of manuals 37.5 hours per week, early finish Fridays Requirements Proven ability to write PLC software Robot programming experience or automated machinery Suitably qualified engineer You must already live locally to South Birmingham Package £45K - £60K 25 days holiday, pension Visa sponsorship is not available.
