Responsibilities
* Lead the scoping, execution and delivery of CHECK penetration testing engagements across infrastructure, applications and cloud.
* Mentor and support junior penetration testers, ensuring consistent delivery quality and professional growth.
* Produce detailed, high-quality reports and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, tooling, and offensive security research.
* Support red-team and adversary emulation exercises where required.
Skills/Must have
* Current CHECK Team Leader certification (Cyber Scheme Team Leader – INF or CREST CCT-INF).
* At least 2 years’ experience delivering CHECK engagements and 3+ years of professional penetration testing experience.
* Strong knowledge of infrastructure, Active Directory, web and cloud testing methodologies.
* Hands‑on experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Impacket and SMBClient.
* Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to enhance testing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable advice.

Salary
* £100,000 – £120,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
