Job Overview:

As part of our dynamic Conference & Events team, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class food and beverage service during matchdays, private functions, and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests at a variety of events.
* Assist in setting up and clearing down event spaces, including buffets, plated service, and bar areas.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment at all times.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth event operations.
* Follow all health & safety and food hygiene standards and procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in hospitality or events is preferred but not essential - full training provided.
* Positive attitude and a team player with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
* Flexible with availability - must be able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the event schedule.
