An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Fostering Strategic Lead - Panel Advisor within Shropshire Council's Childrens Placement Service, based in Shrewsbury. The role provides the opportunity to work with Panel Members, Social Workers, Family Support Workers, and Foster Carers to continue to make a positive impact on the lives of children in Shropshire. You will work across service, supporting the shared vision for children to receive the best care and for Shropshire Councils Fostering Families to be provided the best support. You will lead on Fostering Panel Functions, quality assurance, identifying areas of strength and practice development, inline with national and local indicators.
