We are looking for a Creative Producer to join the Creative Team of Caprice Holdings and manage stills and video content production. As part of this role you will be working closely with the creative director, creative and marketing teams, on how to bring each concept to life.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Working closely with the Creative Director, creative and marketing teams, on how to bring each concept to life
2. Brainstorming and conceptualizing creativebriefs
3. Creating mood boards
4. Identifying areas for a more efficient andsmoother workflow
5. Negotiating all aspects of the shooting production & art buying with photographers, agents and suppliers
6. Coordinating in-house videography, motion design and editing teams
7. In-house casting or managing external casting directors
8. Managing props, set stylist and fashion stylist when necessary
9. Managing internal requests for uniforms & pins needed on set
10. Working with marketing to manage internal teams such as restaurant general managers and food & beverage team to shoot inside the restaurants
11. Making sure the shoots run smoothly – attend all shoots
12. Managing all aspects of post-production with retouching or in-house or external post team
13. Supporting in all contracts, usage right negotiations, payment follow ups and various admin tasks
Requirements:
14. Over 5 year experience in shoot production for either fashion, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle ; either in-house or agency
15. Strong knowledge of stills and film production
16. Able to manage small budgets or large production shoots
17. Happy to be quite hands on and always solution oriented
18. Extensive contacts in the industry
19. Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
20. Self-sufficient individual that works with energy and enthusiasm
21. Confident, calm and balanced under pressure
22. Shows willingness to 'go beyond' and exceed expectations for their team and department
