An exciting position is now available for a Supply Chain Manager, Corporate Housing to join a global business.
This position offers remote working in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead market analysis across corporate housing, serviced apartments, and relocation accommodation providers, identifying and onboarding new suppliers aligned to business needs
* Support vendor selection, onboarding, and ongoing management within the corporate housing supply chain
* Assist with contract negotiations for new and existing suppliers, ensuring competitive commercial terms and service quality
* Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, identifying trends and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
* Recommend supplier recognition, probation, or termination based on performance outcomes
* Partner with internal teams to ensure effective supplier onboarding and mobilisation
* Drive global supplier management strategy across corporate housing and serviced apartment categories
* Participate in client presentations, RFP responses, and development of client-ready materials related to relocation housing solutions
* Conduct supplier risk and opportunity assessments, including IT security and financial evaluations
* Act as a subject matter expert for supplier products within corporate housing, serviced apartments, and relocation services
* Investigate and resolve performance issues in line with escalation procedures and ISO 9001 standards
* Organise and lead supplier review meetings and monthly performance calls across multiple regions
* Manage performance improvement plans where required to ensure consistent service delivery
* Support internal and external training initiatives related to supplier products and processes
* Maintain accurate documentation of supply chain processes and supplier profiles
* Engage with operational teams through virtual meetings, representing supply chain in relocation and housing discussions
* Coordinate supplier pricing, rate negotiations, and new business pricing requests
* Manage supplier invoicing queries, audits, and system troubleshooting
* Support ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and project work aligned with supply chain and relocation strategy
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in supply chain management within corporate housing, serviced apartments or relocation services
* Strong understanding of supplier management, contract negotiation, and performance management frameworks
* Experience working with global supplier networks and managing stakeholders across multiple regions
* Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external suppliers
* Experience supporting RFP processes, client presentations, and commercial proposals
* Knowledge of service level agreements, KPIs, and quality standards such as ISO 9001
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment
* Commercial awareness and experience in pricing, cost management, and supplier negotiations
* Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and supply chain systems
* Ability to lead supplier meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews effectively
* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fully remote, global environment
* Some travel may be required
