Role Description
We currently require 2 engineers: 1 electrical and 1 electromechanical.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Chester for a Maintenance Engineer. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various types of equipment. This includes performing scheduled preventive maintenance, addressing system breakdowns, carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently. The role requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure the smooth operational performance across the facility.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair tasks
* Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance techniques and strategies
* Strong skills in Electrical Maintenance, diagnosing and fixing electrical issues
* Experience working with mechanical and industrial systems in an on‑site environment
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
* Relevant technical certifications or a degree in engineering or a related field is a plus
* Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is desirable
