We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support our busy sales team. This is a varied role that involves customer communication, data management, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
* Database Management – Keep customer records up to date in our CRM system.
* Sales Communication – Send sales emails, follow up on enquiries, and assist with campaigns.
* Customer Qualification – Speak with customers to gather information and qualify leads (no selling required).
* General Administration – Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements
* Must be office-based – this role is based at our Norton Canes offices, so please only apply if you can work on-site.
* Confident, friendly telephone manner.
* Competent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Reliable and a team player with a positive attitude.
