Venue Manager – Pádel Club, Café & Bar
We're launching an exciting new pádel court facility with a full café and bar, and we're looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead the operation.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can oversee daily operations across the courts, café, and bar. You'll be responsible for team leadership, customer experience, stock control, service standards, and driving revenue growth.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience managing a hospitality venue (café, bar, restaurant or similar)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Experience with stock management, rotas, and P&L responsibility
* Bonus: Interest in sport, fitness, or community-led venues
