Job Description
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics of customer orders, ensuring timely and complete deliveries by effective communication and planning. Your role includes integrating orders into production schedules, liaising with third-party packers and logistics providers, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring compliance with customs documentation for exports.
Responsibilities
* Plan bulk/retail/oat drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
* Coordinate with local and international packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain accurate stock levels in SAGE 200.
* Communicate with Senior Operations Manager and Finance for stock management based on sales forecasts.
* Collaborate with Sales Department to align sales forecasts.
* Manage logistics companies to meet delivery requirements.
* Investigate customer delivery complaints.
* Ensure all export customs documentation is accurate.
* Perform other relevant tasks as required.
Skills and Experience
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Ability to analyze data.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Experience with KPIs such as Order in Time in Full, Warehouse GMP Audit, and Orders produced in time and in full.

* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
