The Role
Working closely with the IT Manager, you will:
1. Develop and improve reporting and business intelligence solutions
2. Build and maintain dashboards and data models
3. Improve data currently managed through spreadsheets and ERP systems
4. Support development of bespoke internal systems and integrations
5. Contribute to wider technical and process improvement initiatives
6. Get involved in varied technical tasks within a collaborative team

About You
We are open to a range of experience levels within the salary band, however you should have:
7. Experience with SQL
8. Experience using Power BI or similar BI tools
9. Exposure to data reporting, modelling or automation
10. An interest in development or scripting (language flexible)
11. A practical, problem-solving mindset
12. A collaborative attitude suited to a small team environment
You do not need to be a senior Data Engineer. Curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn are just as important as technical depth.
