The team is dedicated to providing high-quality service to clients and is currently seeking a Part-Time IFA Administrator to join their dynamic and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the IFA team and Paraplanners
Assist in managing client documentation and correspondence
Ensure efficient record-keeping and data management
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes
Liaise with clients and external stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services sector
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of IFA and mortgage operations is advantageous
