Join Our Client's Stereolithography Team Opportunity
Our trusted client, a long-standing partner of the UK Ministry of Defence, is expanding its cutting-edge 3D printing capabilities and looking for a skilled Mid-Senior Engineer to join the Stereolithography team.
This team delivers high-precision prototypes, tooling, and display parts using advanced equipment and software. In 2024 alone, they processed 1,000 CAD files, printed 3,000 parts, and used 300kg of resindriving innovation across all UK sites.
Key Responsibilities: Youll be hands-on throughout the full 3D printing lifecyclefrom reviewing print requests to post-processing and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:
Preparing and programming print jobs using Materialise Magics
Operating and maintaining Stratasys Neo 450s printers
Performing post-processing (washing, curing, sanding, coating, etc.)
Managing consumables and coordinating maintenance
Supporting safety, housekeeping, and process improvements
Communicating updates and maintaining print schedules
What Do You Need? Were looking for a Manufacturing or Process Engineer with experience in 3D printing, CAD, prototyping, or tooling. Youll need:
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
A proactive mindset and willingness to support innovation

This job is at our client's site in Bolton facility, one of the North West's leading manufacturing sites for at least 25 years.
