Job Description
The role
As a Principal Product Designer on our Foundations Team, you will be a leader through your craft, impact, and capability to identify unseen opportunities. You will go across both B2C and B2B and provide strategic leadership to connect both sides and truly build a unique recruitment experience.
1. This is an IC role, but design leadership is expected in the form of craft, mentoring and strategic thinking.
2. The foundations team is an extremely senior, high-performing team that spans across both B2C and B2B and works on high-profile horizontal projects.
3. We have big plans to completely reshape the recruitment industry and this role will be critical in helping shape some of our most innovative experiences and helping craft our new design language.
4. You will champion craft in a way that has never been seen in our organisation. You will use it to raise the overall maturity of the product design organization and our colleagues.
5. You will help shape, define, and prioritise the right cross-domain experiences.
Day to Day
6. Report directly to Pedro Ventura de Oliveira, our Director of Product Design alongside the rest of the Product Design Leadership Team.
7. Shape the direction and intentionality of our design language through rigorous and innovative craft.
8. Partner directly with Product Directors across both B2C and B2B to define the right priorities and focus and bring those visions to life.
9. Play a critical role in building our strategical and highly innovative approach to prototyping.
10. Provide design direction and hold the bar for high-quality experiences to partners in Product, Engineering and Design
