The Role
The supervisor is our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating the team, and supporting customer service excellence. You will share product knowledge, run coaching sessions, and ensure store operations run smoothly. Supervisors set personal KPIs and sales targets and lead by example.
Responsibilities
* Conduct daily team briefs, share KPIs, and motivate the team to exceed them
* Perform store walks, understand visual merchandising, and monitor sales figures
* Handle escalated customer complaints
* Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective selling skills
* Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service
Store Operations
* Act as key holder, manage opening/closing procedures
* Cash handling and till reconciliation
* Assist with administrative tasks, recruitment, investigations, and disciplinary actions
* Manage deliveries and stock storage
* Handle financial transactions and security policies
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are passionate team players with experience supporting retail teams, preferably with a leading brand or consumer product background. They demonstrate core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
