Overview
Dove & Hawk are partnering with a highly successful independent estate agency specialising in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their established and high-performing team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated lettings professional with at least 1 year of experience looking to take the next step within a reputable and prestigious firm.
Salary and Location
Salary: £20,000.00 - £55,000.00 per annum + Car Allowance and Bonus • Type: Full Time • Region: UK - London • Town/City: North London, London
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate new business and source leads
* List properties using the existing database and network
* Register applicants and manage inbound enquiries
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Provide detailed feedback to landlords to help secure offers
* Negotiate and qualify offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
* Handle all necessary paperwork for a smooth lettings process
* Manage the full lettings cycle from offer through to move-in
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year's experience in central London lettings
* ARLA qualification preferred (not essential)
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
* Well-presented and articulate
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good IT proficiency
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 6:30pm
* Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
* Saturdays: 1 in 4 (9:30am - 4:30pm)
