Supply Chain Coordinator – Sports Brand – St.Albans

Key Responsibilities
* Planning and scheduling production and booking factory capacities
* Placing purchase orders with factories
* Negotiating prices with suppliers and shipping companies
* Building strong relationships with key suppliers, leading weekly check‑in meetings and overseeing production status reports
* Holding meetings with the sales team to update on the status of all orders and deliveries, and to ensure launch dates are met
* Working closely with design and product developers to build the critical path and ensure key dates are met
* Working together with the shipping company to arrange sea freight/air freight
Other Responsibilities
* Supporting the warehouse with all required information: packing lists, deliveries, inbound forecast
* Supporting the warehouse with arranging transport
* Arranging any required info for production: EAN codes, RRPs, packing requirements
* Other admin tasks (uploading purchase invoices, booking stock on Sage)
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a similar role
* Ideally, experience in sportswear
* Good Excel abilities
