Were recruiting for an Account Executive / Merchandising Coordinator to support key client accounts, working closely with senior stakeholders and global partners. This is a varied role offering real ownership, development, and progression.
The Role
* Personally manage allocated accounts alongside Key Account Manager(s)
* Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients (brand owners, retailers) and customers (garment manufacturers)
* Provide administrative and operational support to Senior Account Managers
* Attend development and design meetings where required
* Work collaboratively within a team while using your own initiative
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
* Manage specifications, design, and sampling
* Prepare and update costing and development sheets
Product Management
* Inventory planning and monitoring
* Oversee logistics and system setup
Pricing
* Negotiate cost prices alongside Key Account Managers
Customer & Account Management
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Process and monitor customer orders
* Manage and maintain the Web Order System (admin, training, and customer support)
About You

* Experience in a Merchandiser, Buyer, or similar commercial role
* Highly organised with strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
* Confident decision-maker who can work under pressure
* Strong project management and multitasking skills
* Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy
* Professional communication and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, driven, and committed to delivering high levels of customer service
