Maintenance Engineer – Days (3on3off)

£43,500 per annum + Paid Overtime + Pension + Life Assurance (x2) + Healthcare.
3 on / 3 off – 8:00am-8:00pm.
Are you an engineer working on a rotational or purely night shift pattern and now feel the time is right to find a purely DAYS BASED role? This is a unique opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a successful, progressive manufacturing business who have a long-standing presence in Telford.
This role supports manufacturing through the provision of maintenance engineering activities across all automated production machinery on site. If you are adept at achieving optimisation of plant availability through skilled maintenance engineering practices, this could be for you!
Role Description.
• Provision of both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of high speed, industrial manufacturing machinery.
• Mechanical & Electrical fault finding and repair activities.
• Stripping down, servicing, repairing and installing new machinery when required.
• Conducting all work in a H&S conscious fashion.
• Working within a team of skilled maintenance engineers.
• Reporting into the Engineering Supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications.
• Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineering experience – mech or elec biased.
• Formal Mechanical and / or Electrical Qualifications (Level 3+) or Time Served.
• Strong fault-finding capability on industrial machinery.
• Experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated maintenance engineering team.
