Be part of the Family
We’re a family business through and through – family owned since 1868, family run and with a warm family welcome for guests and team alike. We offer an expansive range of benefits to help you make the most of life outside of work, and we’re committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels heard and valued.
We treat our guests like family, and we support our people the same way. If you’re someone who lives our values of Be Creative, Be Curious, Be Thoughtful, Be Positive and Be You, you’ll fit right in.
The Role
As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our marketing communications to life at our hotels across Scotland.

10. Work with the marketing team to ensure campaign messaging is translated effectively into on-property materials.
11. Monitor campaign implementation and provide wider feedback to improve future rollouts.
Organisation & Administration
12. Maintain timelines, trackers, project documentation, and production schedules.
13. Support compliance with GDPR, Health & Safety, and internal processes.
14. Adapt to changing priorities and support any reasonable management request.
