We are working with a lovely local primary school in Northampton who are looking for a SENDCo on a part time basis to support their students and families. The role is equivalent of 3 days however this can be split into half days and be flexible across the week to meet your individual needs and personal commitments. The role is a fixed term post for 1 year with the potential to be extended for the right candidate. Roles & responsibilities include: - contribute to the development of the SEND policy and provision in the school - support raising standards of acheivements of pupils with SEN or disability - monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the SEND provision thorugh the school -be responsible for daily operation of the SEND policy and coordination of suporting individual pupils What you will need: - SENDCo qualification -Experience working as a SENDCo in primary settings -A passion for supporting students with a variety of special educational needs and disabilities -dedication to support progress and development -care and compassion to build relationships with parents If you are interested in this role please get in contact as we would love to match you up to your perfect role.
