Salary: £89 – £110 per day (based on experience and school placement)

We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking classroom-based experience without the responsibility of planning or marking.
Cover Supervisor work is ideal for:
* Graduates considering teacher training
* Teaching Assistants ready to take on more responsibility
* Experienced Cover Supervisors looking for consistent local work
Main Duties:
* Supervise lessons in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring learning continues in line with lesson plans provided
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task
* Provide feedback to teaching staff and heads of department
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups (mainly KS3 and KS4)
Candidate Essentials:
* Excellent classroom presence and communication skills
* A calm, confident approach to managing behaviour
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
