Key Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in the absence of the class teacher.
• Provide tailored support to groups and individual pupils, including those with additional needs.
• Work closely with teachers to prepare high-quality learning materials.
• Lead intervention groups to boost progress in key subject areas.
• Support classroom behaviour management and contribute to wider school life.
Ideal Candidate
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Confident leading whole-class learning in primary settings.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum across all key stages.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to working with staff and pupils.
