TEXO Recruitment are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our external client based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum qualification equivalent to SCQF Level 4/Nat 4 or 5 in English
* Minimum qualification equivalent to SCQF Level 4/Nat 4 or 5 in Mathematics
* Prior experience in payroll processing
* Previous experience in a supervisory, management, or team leadership role
Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all aspects of the weekly payroll process.
* Assist with processing the monthly payroll as needed.
* Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
* Ensure compliance with current regulations for payroll and pension procedures.
* Administer and maintain holiday and leave records.
* Provide cover for the Payroll Manager when required.
* Compile payroll-related reports, including end-of-year summaries.
* Communicate and coordinate with HMRC as necessary.
* Support both internal and external audit processes.
* Advise the HR department on payroll-related matters.
* Collaborate closely with operational management on payroll issues.
* Respond to and resolve payroll queries.
* Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by senior management.
