Job Purpose: This temporary Finance Generalist position has been created to support day-to-day finance operations during a period of ERP implementation across the business. While the permanent finance team focuses on delivering the successful deployment of the new D365 system, this role will ensure that core financial processes and controls continue to operate smoothly and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accuracy and compliance across transactional processing, financial reporting, month-end close, and stakeholder support functions. This role requires a hands-on approach and the flexibility to support multiple areas of finance, providing critical continuity and stability during the transition period. Essential Functions: Financial Operations & Transactional Support * Support the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. * Ensure ongoing compliance with internal controls, company policy, and accounting standards (IFRS). * Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records and perform high quality balance sheet reconciliations.
